Hotel restaurant de la Vigotte sur Girmont-Val-D'Ajol

Un cadre très agréable et un service relativement rapide mais professionnel . Le menu à 28€ nous convient avec le choix entre trois entrées et trois plats . Le velouté avec l’œuf parfait mérite bien son nom . La munstiflette avec son jambon de Luxeuil était également très bonne . Enfin, les desserts étaient corrects. La carte des vins est de qualité à tous les prix . Un bon repas avant de profiter du calme de l’hôtel !

We booked this place for 2 days completely by chance, without knowing. We were delighted with the welcome, already on the phone, then on site. Everyone warm and friendly. Large and welcoming “superior” room. Beautiful view of nature. Impeccable, quality bedding. Hearty and varied breakfast. Evening meal on the beautiful new terrace, copious and good. Of course, menu only with 2 choices per dish, but we have always learned that this is a good sign of fresh, local products cooked on site. Restaurant staff (Cook and Service) very friendly. In short: very happy with our choice I forgot: nature is exceptionally beautiful around the Establishment

Comfortable sobriety surrounded by nature... Warm welcome, room with simple comfort, excellent value for money meals (short menu, quality local dishes, well prepared and nicely served), beautiful terrace and delicious breakfast. Recommended for nature lovers who are not looking for artificial luxury.

A little cleaning and rejuvenation on the outdoor terrace would be necessary!!

Reservation for a Sunday lunchtime. The setting is magnificent, very green in the calm of the Vosges, the interior is warm although a little dark, noisy that day because of several large tables including an event I suppose. The waitress does not know her drinks menu which she did not know how to present orally, so we asked for a physical menu. When she comes to take the order, the requested appetizer is unknown to the waitress and tells us that they don't have any. On the tables we found a card explaining that there is a charge for filtered water, we would have liked to know more from the waitress rather than finding this without knowing whether a carafe of water will be filtered or not. On the kitchen side we ate well, but did not understand why the desserts in the refrigerated cabinet stuck to our table were not intended for us but only for certain tables. It's much too appetizing not to be offered and remember not to press the table against it as the vibrations of the fridge are unbearable on the table.

3 days 100% nature in a Love room (multiple ponds around the hotel, numerous hikes and walks within walking distance, no wifi in the room, 5 TV channels on the big screen in the lounge area, TNT on the small TV of the bedroom). Very large and beautiful room with spa bath and sauna. Quality bedding (no back pain despite disc disease). Very welcoming and friendly staff, keen to provide good information and help people discover the area. Small point of sale of local products within the hotel Small suggestions for improving the room: lack of racks in the bathroom for drying towels, to avoid any allergic reactions, more careful dusting of decorations would be welcome. Small downsides for our stay: stay initially half-board (hotel chosen in part for the good quality restaurant), except that due to lack of customers at the start of the week, the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday evening and we had some We were notified upon our arrival on Sunday evening (no longer possible to change places of stay). Next restaurants: 10-15 min drive (Remiremont). However, Sunday evening meals of good quality (local and fresh products). Special mention to the gratin dauphinois! . Breakfast: 80% local, simple, with a small choice (dried fruit, some fresh fruit, fruit salad, jam, compote, eggs, Munster cheese, muesli, yogurt, cream cheese, churned butter). 2 mornings out of 3, artisanal ham. For our taste, a touch of vegetables and chocolate was missing to make it a complete breakfast. A huge mention to Jean's super hot chocolate which seduced my taste buds!

Great welcome, the staff is great, both the boss and the waitresses, we had a very good stay. (for 8 mountain bikers with half board) A good night's rest after a mountain bike ride, the hotel was on the route, a water jet to wash the bikes a little and a room to store them at night: perfect!! The restaurant is also very good, local, very good, quantity and quality are there. (try the boss's digestives ;-)). The rooms are comfortable and functional. Magnificent setting and easy parking complete this beautiful picture. In short, we recommend without any worries!!

Très bel établissement. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Accueil parfait que ce soit à notre arrivée, durant le séjour ou à notre départ. Nous avions réservé via un coffret Smartbox (repas-nuit-petits déjeuners). Le dîner était délicieux ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Beaucoup de produits locaux. Une très bonne adresse où le calme règne tout en étant proche de la nature permettant aux hôtes de se ressourcer. Date du séjour : mai 2024

Honestly wonderful I recommend you a thousand times you will not be disappointed.. the landscape the cuisine, the atmosphere the welcome frankly when I go to the Vosges at La Vigotte I completely relax! You can even catch your own fish 🐟 I love it a thousand times yes yes yes close your eyes I advise you
