We spent one night at the hotel. Comfortable bedding and a spacious room.
The restaurant is truly excellent; the terrace overlooking the Sioule River is very pleasant, and the owner, who is also the chef, is generous with his cooking. Everything was delicious.

We received a very warm welcome. Comfortable beds. The food is homemade. The Cantal cheese burger is excellent. Facing the river, the location is magical. We discovered a beach and swam in the warm river a little further upstream.

We came for dinner last night as a family and were charmed by the riverside setting. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere familial, and the food was excellent—delicious!
It felt like a trip down memory lane, as I used to come here as a teenager. My uncle (Brutus) would invite my parents and me, and I was able to rediscover the same charm. I highly recommend this magical place.

Here, there's no cutting corners; everything is made in-house or not at all. The cuisine is simple but good, even superbly good, because the ingredients are of exceptional quality.
I recommend the warm goat cheese salad.
Not for the faint of appetite! And the must-try here is the ribeye steak, grilled in a pan with butter, please (no olive oil here!). A real treat!
