Hotel Restaurant des Rochers sur Marvejols

Lunch during the week we opted for the daily menu and what a surprise!! A good fresh salmon cooked with small vegetables. It is so rare to find fish in the restaurants of Lozère. The homemade coupetade and floating island are a treat! The charming couple who have just taken over this establishment deserve to be strongly encouraged. Incredible seriousness and dynamism. We will definitely go back.

We only came to eat, and we were not disappointed, careful and excellent meal, I would recommend your establishment to those around me. Best wishes. 😊

Above all, don't come and sleep in this hotel without dining in their restaurant! Very generous plates, quality products, warm and fast service.... A dream evening!!!

Une terrasse avec une belle vue. une équipe familiale aux petits soins. De bons conseils, une excellente suggestion avec une entrecôte viande d'Aubrac à tomber et une sauce aux cèpes exceptionnelles. Le + : le chef cuisinier qui vient nous rencontrer pour nous parler de sa passion. Vraiment un bon moment gustatif et de partage !

Going out on the road with a group. I can only rate the location and services. New top managers with people who adapt enormously to clients, some of whom were very complicated to manage, but they came out brilliantly.👌

4 bikers on a ride in Lozère for 5 days. We appreciated the welcome of the owners, the site, the tranquility, the discussions about the region. Plus a garage is available for motorcycles. Half board is perfect I highly recommend The Savoyards

05/05/24 Comme promis, nous sommes revenus pour constater un vivo la poursuite de l'aventure de ce jeune couple qui nous avait conquis. Disons-le tout de suite : le bilan est positif. Accueil sympathique. Heureux conseil pour l'apéritif du jour (cocktail maison). La qualité des plats (produits, présentation et quantité) ne soulèvent pas de critique. Nous avons été un peu surpris de constater plusieurs propositions d'assiette à base de poissons de mer. Notre hôtesse nous expliqua que c'était à la demande de clients régionaux qui en avaient émis le souhait, manière de rompre avec la cuisine locale routinière. Très judicieuse réaction ! Preuve que le client est considéré. Bonne continuation !
