This establishment deserves far more stars! Ignore the old reviews: in 2025 and 2026, I regularly stayed at this hotel and ate in its restaurant, always with great pleasure. The quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere are perfect. The Cancale oysters, the sea bream: everything is excellent! I highly recommend it. And yet, I'm from Lyon… the bar is set high, I assure you! 😉

I stayed one night at this hotel while on a business trip. The service was excellent, the breakfast very good, and the room quiet. The only downside was the shower, which was a bit small.

02/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant! We had a wonderful meal! The waitresses were very friendly! A wide selection on the menu! The meats and savory crepes were amazing! Keep up the good work!
18/02/2026: Crêperie, snack bar, and restaurant, with a variety of delicious dishes! This isn't my first time eating at this crêperie. The staff is always welcoming, even if you haven't reserved a table. For Valentine's Day, I had table number 20, in the back room of the restaurant. This allows you to see the work in the kitchen, where everything is made with the best local ingredients for your meal. It's a unique place in Combourg! I'll definitely be back to eat here. The atmosphere is also very relaxed and friendly, a bit like being at home.
