Hotel without frills, but which does the job.
The rooms are simple, but clean and the environment is quiet and very well located in the town of Huelgoat.
The traditional restaurant is very good, and the staff are very friendly and available for their customers, never disappointed.
Undeniable value for money.

I only rate the restaurant.
Strategic location by the lake and quite nice terrace. Service and dishes quite decent, with a few areas for improvement: cold rice, cold burger bread, delayed serving of dishes on the same table...
Overall positive experience.

3.5⭐️/5 I only rate the Restaurant part. Very pleasant service, the servers have a smile and are available. Price-wise, it’s quite expensive, especially the pizzas, they’re not worth as much in my opinion.
The dough of these is extremely thin, it can be cut with a knife, it can leave you a little hungry. Afterwards they are generally good.
Warm goat cheese salad, nice and filling, with lots of nuts.
Note the framework, which does everything. Facing Lake Huelgoat, well exposed.

Were just eating the menu.
I have to say: I've rarely eaten so well.
Me and my wife really enjoyed it.
Service was very nice and quick.
The restaurant is definitely worth recommending!!!
I would even give it 6 stars.😁

We spent two superb nights at the Hôtel du Lac with breakfast and dinner included, excellent meal. Very smiling and friendly employees, I recommend!

Stopped for lunch and the market both excellent. Sat at a table outside facing the lake beautiful view. Food was really good and service very quick thoroughly recommend.

endroit calme en face du lac , tout près du site des chaos , l'accueil est très chaleureux et le personnel fait tout pour votre confort . Nous somme tombés durant une coupure générale du bourg en plein milieu de journée , pas grave le restaurant a assuré le couvert avec les moyens du bord . c'est très familial et simple cet hotel a une âme ,c'est bien loin des hôtels si impersonnels qui ont tendance a se multiplier de nos jours avec de moins en moins de personnel ......

Excellent restaurant. Personnel attentionné et souriant. En groupe de 40 personnes, nous nous sommes régalés avec des assiettes généreuses et gouteuses. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Belle salle face au lac et à un parking. Nous recommandons vivement.
