Hôtel Restaurant du Manoir, France sur Arlempdes

Good morning, Stay in Haute Loire and a short stop at the Arlempdes fortress with a lunch break at the Manor. We did not regret our choice. An authentic establishment, in this pretty hamlet with a restaurant that is surprising in a good way, very pleasant, well kept. The welcome was friendly and professional. And the menu, a menu of the day, RAS, simple, good and the local charcuterie board and its 3 cheeses, ditto, simple, quality of products at the appointment. Very generous board and menu... RAS on the quality-price ratio. It was a quiet break, in an environment to discover. Thanks a lot.
