Hello, We had the chance to have a wedding at Le Sorgia restaurant. A true culinary feast. Exceptional flavors, magnificent presentation, and a delicious meal from start to finish. Congratulations to the chef and his team. A top-notch welcome and helpfulness from the hospitality side. Congratulations.

Apparently, they only have one listing for the hotel and the restaurant, and I'm only going to talk about the restaurant. A €52 menu 5 minutes from Bellegarde is the price of a semi-gourmet meal anywhere else in the world. Very good foie gras with too many sweet sides. A little more fleur de sel would have been appreciated, given that it's already made with cocoa. Veal sweetbreads with morels are cooked to perfection, but the morel sauce is bland, with no whole morels. At €52 for the menu, you'd expect much better than that; any Lyonnais bouchon will do it for €20 less. Pear tarte tatin without the pear flavor, outrageously dominated by caramel. The price is unjustified given the cuisine's precision with flavors; we won't be back.

Another exceptional meal, refined, presentation, service and quality of the food... It has become the place to go to discover Savoie or Haute Savoie. Thank you to Jean Philippe for his valuable advice. Bravo to the whole team. I highly recommend it. THANK YOU Jossi Boutin.
