Close to the Royal Palace, quiet location, we slept well, the bedding was good

A hotel that perfectly fulfills its purpose: welcoming, clean, quiet, and relaxing, where you only encounter smiles and friendly staff. I came by chance, but I will definitely return!

Very large room with everything you need. Breakfast wasn't very rich, but everything was good. Convenient transportation to the city center was just a short walk away, and the highway was close by. Recommended.

The staff, both before and during our stay, were very pleasant, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Breakfast offered good quality products. Located 20 minutes from the Royal Palace, it's a very good location. The accessible room was well-equipped with impeccable bedding. If we have the opportunity to return to Alsace, we will gladly stay at this hotel again. Best wishes to the entire team and happy holidays!

I come to L’Écluse 34 every two weeks and I am always welcomed with such kindness and professionalism. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The team is fantastic—smiling, available, and attentive. The food is always a real pleasure, delicious and beautifully presented; you can taste the care that goes into the dishes. Decent hotel, clean room and friendly service

Friendly staff, just one problem: lack of a power outlet near the head of the bed, bring an extension cord.

A prime location for optimal service.

We held a gathering there for our matriarch's passing. Some people who came from far away booked a room and were satisfied. The staff were friendly and the place was welcoming.
