Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Everything was very clean.
The restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price.
The Bidart family makes you feel very valued as a guest.

Exotic and quiet hotel with a team of young waitresses and Xabi who are very friendly and professional. The only downside is the lack of empathy from the oldest member of staff. In fact, when my dad died 4 months ago, I had to cancel my reservation at the end of June with a box + 1 night. When I called, I got Mrs. Bidart who told me that he could prove it was true, so I sent an email with my dad's death notice and received an email telling me that I could come without any problem whenever I wanted. I went there with my mom for 2 nights (from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday morning), the only problem was no hot water during my stay. On Tuesday morning, the oldest person at breakfast was alone, because my mother was not very well during the night, because it had been 4 months the day before since my father had died (52 years of living together), dared to tell me that you should go and consult because it takes you a long time to grieve, I did not notice but when at the time of paying, we asked for a gesture because there was no hot water during our entire stay, the oldest person's response was that we had already made a gesture by postponing your reservation! And she dared to compare our situation with someone who had a car breakdown! This lack of empathy ruined our departure. Oh yes and on top of that, she gave us a pot of pâté from their delicatessen, telling me it cost €10 (when the price was €4.50, because I bought some) and they postponed your box so basically consider yourselves lucky. We had planned to come back because we felt good there during our stay, even if there was no hot water, but working at Club Med where kindness and empathy are the pillars of customer service, the dean, with her hurtful words and lack of empathy on the day of our departure, left us with a bitter taste.
