A truly delightful stay. The hotel is very peaceful, a haven of serenity in a beautiful setting (don't hesitate to explore the area on short or long hikes). Our dinner was excellent; we ate very well, and the array of local products was a real treat. (My partner, who is quite a hearty eater, easily ate his fill, which isn't always the case.) I highly recommend the wine pairing to wine enthusiasts. The sommelier's choices were spot-on, sometimes surprising (a mead or sake that paired perfectly with the dishes). His genuine humility led to somewhat understated descriptions, and we would have loved to hear more of his insightful pairings. The overall atmosphere was excellent, and the staff's genuine kindness shines through. I would also like to mention that our dog was very welcome, both in the restaurant and at the hotel.

An excellent restaurant, both for its food and service. The entire team is incredibly attentive. Special mention goes to the perfect truffle egg, which won us all over! We celebrated our last two wedding anniversaries there, as well as our teenagers' birthdays, and they loved it. We can't wait to go back! Thank you again!

A truly wonderful culinary experience of the highest caliber.

A lovely setting, beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The staff were top-notch and very attentive, and the sommelier was highly professional. The dishes presented in the "La Vancelle, Grand Tasting" menu were succulent, elegantly presented, and boasted original flavors. The cooking techniques and wine pairings were perfectly executed. A resounding "wow!" I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pure bliss. The setting was pleasant and quiet, with plenty of space between the tables. The service was impeccable, with explanations of the dishes throughout the meal. The head waiter was truly attentive to the guests when taking their orders. The cuisine was refined and varied, a true delight for the palate. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to the entire team.
