An exceptional place, with meticulous attention to detail. A large dining room where the service is efficient and discreet. Competent and pleasant staff. The meal was excellent. I even tried some dishes I don't usually like. My favorite dish was the trout.

A truly beautiful restaurant that friends introduced us to. Everything was perfect, from the delicious dishes with flavors that tantalized the taste buds with every bite. I highly recommend the wine pairing; it's a wonderful opportunity to discover some truly exceptional wines. The staff is incredibly efficient, very welcoming, and above all, pleasant without being intrusive. We will definitely return and stay overnight for a relaxing and gourmet weekend getaway. I absolutely loved this magnificent establishment! Having frequented gourmet restaurants VERY often, it's been a VERY long time since I've been so impressed by a Michelin-starred one. Everything on and around the plate is just right: refined, balanced, and subtle, without any fuss or excess, in a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. The service was also impeccable, the rooms refined and elegant without being ostentatious, and a special mention goes to the breakfast, which offers a reasonable selection where everything is delicious. In short, we loved EVERYTHING about this place where we felt like we were being welcomed by family. A gem of Alsatian hospitality!

What a wonderful place! Everything was perfect, except for a hair in the foie gras, which we pointed out and showed to our waitress. A kind word or a small gesture would have been appreciated when paying the bill, hence the 4/5 rating. However, we had a very enjoyable time. The dishes were perfectly balanced, cooked to perfection, the sauces full of character, and we greatly appreciated the emphasis on local produce.

We've been there several times for lunch and have always been very satisfied. We like the modern atmosphere. The service is very good and the quality of the food is excellent; the prices are on the higher side, but when you consider everything, it's reasonable.
