In the rooms, in addition to its warm decor, you have a good selection of tea and a delicious assortment of sweets. In the restaurant: the details are well taken care of, the waiters are always smiling and polite, they can also help you in your choices if necessary, always with a very human attitude that puts you at ease in all this chic atmosphere that characterizes Frankenbourg. . Regarding their Menus, they have several options to satisfy small appetites and those with a sweet tooth. Although the savory dishes have sophisticated and tasty compositions, once the dessert arrived at the table I regretted not having left more room in my stomach 😅 Among other things, I loved the lemon ice cream 🍋 the pear cake🍐and the last tasting with the apple jelly 🍎 Thank you to the whole team and also to the Mr. for the information concerning your "asparagus" table decoration.

We didn't try the rooms but the restaurant alone is worth the detour. It's excellent !
