⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Invited by our father-in-law, Vincent Haag, we had the pleasure of a family lunch, and the experience was remarkable from beginning to end. The cuisine is refined, generous, and perfectly executed. Each dish demonstrates true expertise and meticulous attention to the ingredients and flavors. But what makes this restaurant particularly memorable is the quality of the service. It's rare these days to find a front-of-house team that can match such excellent cuisine. The explanations accompanying the dishes are precise, elegant, and always delivered with great naturalness. A subtle touch of humor completes the experience, creating an atmosphere that is both warm and sophisticated. A truly wonderful moment of gastronomy and conviviality that we recommend without hesitation. Congratulations to the entire team for this beautiful harmony between cuisine and service.

A PERFECT experience! First of all, we want to highlight that this restaurant offers three different set menus in addition to an à la carte menu. Hats off to them, there wasn't a single mistake on our part, especially considering there were quite a few tables (around fifteen, if I'm not mistaken). The food, the ambiance, the service, the drinks (we tried the non-alcoholic pairings and what a pleasant surprise!), everything was perfect! One of our best experiences at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Alsace. Thank you to the entire team, we will recommend you and we will definitely be back!

Overall, a wonderful experience: the setting, the service, the attention to detail, the flavor combinations, and the creativity... I chose this restaurant for a special occasion to introduce my children to the world of fine dining, and we had a fantastic time as a family. However, I would like to share a minor criticism sincerely and without any animosity. During the tasting menu, one dish was presented to us as a "surprise," where we had to guess the ingredients. After tasting, we discovered that it included veal tongue and liver. I completely understand the culinary approach to offal, but these are very divisive products that some people simply don't want to eat. Personally, I don't eat them by choice, and discovering them afterward made me quite uncomfortable, to the point that I couldn't really enjoy the rest of the meal, which is a shame because everything else was remarkable.

My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful experience that we will cherish forever. The restaurant manager stands out for his elegance and attention to detail, and the entire team truly does everything they can to ensure the experience is flawless and unforgettable. It was my best experience in France, and when I return, it will definitely be my first choice again.

The praise we heard about this place initially piqued our curiosity. Today, we can say that going to Frankenbourg is like taking a delightful break, a suspended moment where your mind is captivated and carried away by the successive discoveries of beautiful dishes, rich in color and flavor. Here, you can feel the passion for the craft and the respect for the people they welcome. The cuisine is excellent, both refined and flavorful. My "vegetable stroll," with its mosaic of celery, asparagus, and delicious stuffed morel, its glossy poached egg, spinach ravioli, and finally, the delicate dessert of fine meringue, remains etched in my memory as the wonderful memory of a walk under the first rays of sunlight. Frankenbourg reignites our impatience, curiosity, and the joy of discovery. And that's what life is all about, and we love it! Its reputation is truly well-deserved, as it lives up to the high expectations raised by the reviews we hear and read. This speaks volumes about the consistency and high standards of the establishment. So, thank you to this wonderful team of professionals in hospitality, service, and the kitchen for making us forget, for the duration of a meal, that all is not as rosy as it seems outside. We will certainly return on our next trip for another immersive experience, as this restaurant could easily become a delightful addiction. As you can see, it's a truly wonderful place to discover without hesitation.

What more can I say? The ratings speak for themselves. It was exceptionally good! Everything was perfect, the wine was delicious and paired so well with the dishes... The service was fantastic, the atmosphere perfect... Everything was absolutely top-notch.

We've been there several times for lunch and have always been very satisfied. We like the modern atmosphere. The service is very good and the quality of the food is excellent; the prices are on the higher side, but when you consider everything, it's reasonable.
