A truly wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Despite the elegant and refined setting, we were immediately put at ease. The welcome was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and you could feel a genuine desire to please. The cuisine is simply excellent, full of finesse, flavor, and generosity. Each dish is a true moment of pleasure. A big thank you also to the entire team, always smiling, discreet, attentive, and incredibly kind. As for the owner, he welcomes his guests with great elegance, tact, and sincere care, making the experience even more enjoyable. This is the kind of establishment where you come as much for the quality of the food as for the warmth and hospitality that emanates from it. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation and where I will return with great pleasure.

A truly wonderful time spent at the restaurant. A warm welcome, surprising dishes, and new flavors discovered. I was slightly disappointed with the value for money of the wine pairing offered. I would have preferred it if they had been mentioned beforehand, or I could have asked for them. (Here: A natural rosé served with the venison leg And kriek beer with the Black Forest cake, but unfortunately, I didn't like either of them.) In hindsight, I would have preferred to indulge in some tried-and-true favorites, as the wine list is simply sublime…

So much to celebrate: my husband's 30th birthday, our 7 years together, and the arrival of our baby. What better place to mark these special moments than this magnificent restaurant? It was my husband's first time and my second, and the pleasure was just as wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at ease. The dining room is superb, elegant, and welcoming, providing the perfect setting to fully enjoy the experience. The Grand Tasting Menu is a true gastronomic escape: allow approximately three hours to savor this magnificent culinary experience, where each dish is a discovery. The service is particularly attentive and pleasant. As a pregnant woman, I greatly appreciated the team's spontaneous suggestions for alternatives when certain dishes were unsuitable, and their ability to adjust the cooking times as needed, without me even having to ask. This thoughtfulness demonstrates a true attention to detail. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant tucked away in an unassuming building. The food is expertly prepared, striking a perfect balance between creativity and indulgence. The service is simple yet highly efficient (with only a few minor imperfections), always extremely courteous—a true pleasure. Finally, the dining room is incredibly comfortable (special mention for the well-regulated air conditioning and the simply perfect armchairs). I highly recommend it; you're guaranteed a memorable experience.

What a pleasure it was to have the opportunity (a friend's birthday) to meet at this restaurant, which is perfect in more ways than one: the welcome, the service, and of course, the succulent dishes served there. We chose the "grand tasting" menu, whose courses were admirably described and served by Thomas. A delightful array of treats from appetizer to dessert, including the "canailleries" (a play on words combining "canailleries," meaning "delicious" or "naughty"). I highly recommend this exceptional place; we will cherish the memory.

We coincidentally decided to stay in La Vancelle for our vacation to France, without even knowing about l’Auberge Frankenbourg. How lucky we ended up being - one minute walk from some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. Be forewarned: this is an all-evening experience, and one that should not be rushed. Take the time to enjoy interaction with the fantastic staff and to savor every meal. The co-owner, acting as a maître d’, was warm and kind, taking time to chat with all the guests. Although the dining room is large and open, they have smartly installed sound dampening panels which allow you to feel like you’re in a room all alone. Truly a night we will remember for many years and a place we are excited to visit again someday.

We've been there several times for lunch and have always been very satisfied. We like the modern atmosphere. The service is very good and the quality of the food is excellent; the prices are on the higher side, but when you consider everything, it's reasonable.
