A must-see place in St-Etienne-de-Baïgorry. Remarkable cuisine, fresh and quality products, the food menu is light but typical of the Basque Country. The hotel is charming, quiet and the rooms are functional. The staff is pleasant and smiling. A superb experience that we repeat every year as a family.

A perfect welcome! We came for a 4-day mountain bike stay, we were very well received, the bikes could be stored safely. The rooms guaranteed us good recovery and the meal was adapted to our needs! Thank you for your kindness and your availability
