Hotel Restaurant Kuentz sur Wittersdorf

We went to eat in this restaurant with my husband. We were very satisfied with the welcome, good care, very professional service and the very, very good cuisine. We ate really well, I highly recommend the beef fillet with morel mushrooms, the breaded escalope, the vintner salad, etc. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.

Hey good! I'm rather shocked to read so many negative reviews about the entire establishment! We have just celebrated our PACS, we were able to find the professionalism of Katia and all the restaurant staff, Tony, the chef, in short, everyone was super pleasant with us and we had everything prepared by email. There was a big surprise with an exceptional, deliciously good menu; the pizzas and tartes flambées as aperitifs were appreciated. The entire menu was a total success, just beyond our expectations! The waitresses were top notch, very professional, very responsive with the difficulty of managing two floors! The rooms are completely perfect and renovated. The breakfast is absolutely perfect with plenty of everything you need to choose from. In short, I thank all the staff and the boss for the success of our union! Thanks to them🙏🥂 We will come back to it with our eyes closed.

Superb evening, the employees and the boss are very friendly with the customers, the service is fast and always with a smile. Congratulations to the chef and his cuisine which is excellent with gargantuan proportions. The rooms are lovely and modern. I highly recommend. Very satisfactory value for money.

The rooms are good, but the welcome and service could do with a little more attention. As for the breakfast room, it seemed a little dated and not very clean to us, it deserves to be better maintained or renovated. The breakfast consisting of bread, butter, jam and a little cold meats was not really appetizing, which is a shame.

The hotel is absolutely great and has incredible charm. I am deducting one star because the breakfast was unfortunately not as we had hoped, there was very little. The prices for the meal in the evening were quite high. Nevertheless we would come back.

This review only concerns the restaurant part. Considering all the negative comments, we were afraid to eat there. In the end we still did well to set foot there. This is absolutely correct. The server was pleasant and efficient, no complaints there. The dishes, of course, are not very inventive but I believe that the aim of this restaurant is above all to offer traditional Alsatian dishes (sauerkraut, fried carp, sürlawerla). For vegetarians, there are two options: the veggie burger (with homemade bread) and a salad with mozzarella but there is no vegan option.
