Hotel Restaurant Kuentz sur Wittersdorf

The hotel is absolutely great and has incredible charm. I am deducting one star because the breakfast was unfortunately not as we had hoped, there was very little. The prices for the meal in the evening were quite high. Nevertheless we would come back.

Magnificent terrace behind the hotel They must have been after 5 p.m., very good service. Place to really recommend if you are passing through I repeat, magnificent arrangement of plants, table parasols, a discreet set… The menu is also very welcoming To visit in summer… behind the hotel 😉

This review only concerns the restaurant part. Considering all the negative comments, we were afraid to eat there. In the end we still did well to set foot there. This is absolutely correct. The server was pleasant and efficient, no complaints there. The dishes, of course, are not very inventive but I believe that the aim of this restaurant is above all to offer traditional Alsatian dishes (sauerkraut, fried carp, sürlawerla). For vegetarians, there are two options: the veggie burger (with homemade bread) and a salad with mozzarella but there is no vegan option.

Recommended by a friend following our motorcycle trip in Alsace, we were particularly well received by helpful and caring staff. The owner of the place, David, is very friendly.

If it was only the meal I would have given five stars but I gave three on the service which was a little to the west, we felt that the waitresses were lost despite all their good intentions, forgot orders and we had still waited around 30mins

5 days spent in this hotel-restaurant and I would recommend this one. Beautiful, well-equipped rooms, a attentive team both at the hotel and in the restaurant where I enjoyed myself. Without a doubt I will come back.👍👍

Excellent welcome, the staff are helpful and very kind. Dishes generously served. The restaurant is well located and the terrace is pleasant. We will come back with pleasure!
