Great hotel with helpful and attentive staff. The rooms, like the rest of the establishment, are spotlessly clean. The hotel is ideally located close to bus lines, making it easy to travel to Strasbourg city center.
Not even considering the prices, rooms are average at best. Only major compliments are the beds, which are amazingly comfortable.
Buffet breakfast is quite varied, considering the prices even moreso.
Staff and location are by far the best of this hotel. Recommended for short stints definitely.
Very warm welcome, clean and comfortable room. A small fridge with drinks (paid) and kettle with sachets of coffee, sugar and small pods of milk. The room had a view of the lake. Quiet and comfortable room. Complete and varied breakfast. There is also a restaurant next door. Make a reservation at reception the day before for lunch the next day if you want to eat there. Nice restaurant and great service. Good value for money.

Very good hotel, a little out of the way but very easy to access by public transport.
The reception was always present and pleasant. The room is crap. The PRM room for my sister was great despite the entrance frame being a little high so the chair gets stuck. Otherwise crap 👍
