I often stay at this hotel, not far from Disney, affordable price, quiet and what a surprise today, the hotel has been completely transformed, the renovations are superb and the staff are always helpful.

We stayed here for a few days in June 2023 for a trip to Disneyland Paris. We booked two rooms as we were 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children and got rooms right across from each other, which we really liked. The rooms were nice. We requested a crib for the 2-year-old in advance and actually received one in each room, which we thought was funny, but the 2-year-old loved it. We also liked the vending machine in the lobby and the close proximity to the train station. It was really easy to get from the train station to the hotel. You can already see the hotel from the train station and you only have to cross one street. We didn‘t book breakfast, as we either bought some pastries at the train station or at Disney.

We called the Kyriad on the advice of the receptionist at the competing hotel next door, who told us their prices were lower. The Kyriad receptionist (as nice as he was) quoted us €82 over the phone. We arrived five minutes later at 3:00 AM with my eight-year-old son and my partner, after a three-hour drive in the snow. He told us the price was €110... Quite a difference! Furthermore, the furniture was of low quality.

02/06/2026: We just arrived. The room was too small, the shower is the toilet, no screen or anything. There were only a couple of plastic cups for water, the hairdryer was broken, and the rooms weren't cleaned. I'll keep updating details, but so far it's just okay.
25/05/2026: We originally booked the Kyriad Torcy because it's close to the RER train station. We weren't informed that it was undergoing renovations and that we had been relocated elsewhere, further away. I'm disappointed with our stay. No air conditioning despite the intense heat. The extra bed was uncomfortable. Extreme humidity (damp sheets upon arrival and our laundry was damp the next day). The room was small for three people. The door didn't close properly, so we had to slam it shut. The bathroom was a plus. Since the landings are outside, we could hear everything. Admittedly, it wasn't the hotel I originally booked. The breakfast was so-so.

21/06/2026: A fantastic find! I went on the evening of June 20th. Two extremely pleasant waitresses, thank you Julia and Kelly for their smiles and service. I had sushi which was absolutely delicious, fresh fish and perfectly cooked rice.
15/06/2026: Good evening, I would like to refute recent claims regarding the quality of the food or the service provided by the waitress (with bleached hair). I am a regular customer, at least once a week, and to date, I have never had a single complaint. I was there on Friday, June 12th, when a group of three women caused a public disturbance. The day before, Thursday, June 11th, I was also there for lunch, and the quality of the food remained the same. There is talk of the waitress being aggressive, which I deny. She was verbally attacked to the point of tears, under the pretext of having refused a discount, even though she didn't ask for anything and it wasn't within her control (we're talking about a free lunch for a group of three women who, miraculously, did partially eat their meals twice...). Under threat of not paying (not to mention "robbing" a shopkeeper) and with outrageous comments, yes, calling the police was perfectly legitimate. We're not immune to the possibility of not enjoying a dish, but let's be honest, don't ask for a free meal when you've already eaten it... PS: With about twenty diners at the time of the incident, only this group complained and claimed they hadn't "enjoyed" their meal. Just so you know.
