We originally booked the Kyriad Torcy because it's close to the RER train station. We weren't informed that it was undergoing renovations and that we had been relocated elsewhere, further away.
I'm disappointed with our stay. No air conditioning despite the intense heat. The extra bed was uncomfortable. Extreme humidity (damp sheets upon arrival and our laundry was damp the next day). The room was small for three people. The door didn't close properly, so we had to slam it shut. The bathroom was a plus. Since the landings are outside, we could hear everything. Admittedly, it wasn't the hotel I originally booked. The breakfast was so-so.

Upon arriving in the room, we noticed white stains on the floor.... Early the next morning, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, the cleaning lady kept banging on the window from 9:30 am onwards, even though we could have checked out at 11:00 am....

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always in good spirits. The hotel's location was also very convenient and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good location. Small rooms, but clean. And we weren't there to stay inside. Superb breakfast, and all the ladys in charge of breakfast were really nice and helpfull. Big thank you to them.

On a business trip in the area, I spent five nights at the hotel.
The rooms have been renovated.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations.
I noticed a very special attention from the staff who served breakfast! 👌

My original reservation was for the Premiere Classe Marne la Valle - Torcy, but I was informed that due to renovations, I was being moved to the Campanille, and it was wonderful. The rooms were exceptional (huge bed, bathtub and shower with jets, large desk, big TV for Netflix and YouTube, heating), and above all, the staff were very friendly, especially Linda/Lineda, who was always very helpful (the only thing I would change is a bit more lighting).
