We can say that our room was magnificent (quality materials, attention to detail in the decor), that the hotel is very well located, and that the value for money is unbeatable, especially in this part of France. But what I'll remember most about our night at the Hôtel La Cigale is the welcome: genuine kindness, without any obsequiousness. A sincere, human, and caring kindness. It felt wonderful after a long drive. The owner made us feel not like customers, but like people he was welcoming with genuine care. The next morning, the person serving breakfast did the same. In short, this place was a great find.
