A good place for a stopover on the road

A lovely, charming hotel with a superb welcome from Laurence, who made us feel right at home. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which I also highly recommend. The breakfast was very good.

Incredible, magnificent service, the rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Just the shower, 1. It's not possible to use just the shower head, the waterfall, or both. In itself, I highly recommend it.

Discovered by chance On the way back from vacation, I was pleasantly surprised by the sincere welcome we received but also by the quality of the room and restaurant service, plus plus plus for breakfast and Laurence

We stopped here overnight on our way across France. Nice friendly staff, plenty of parking, and a good breakfast. We wanted to eat, without having to drive or walk somewhere so the attached restaurant was a deciding factor for us. The restaurant is fun and the food was good, especially an entrée of tomato varieties (Tomates d'antan et Burrata). As other reviewers have mentioned, the mosquitoes were a pain; we made the mistake of leaving the balcony door open before going to bed. Closing it was a pain too because no matter what I did, the air-conditioning refused to lower the temperature. At one point, in the middle of the night, I was reduced to covering myself with a wet towel to keep cool. Also, as another reviewer noted, Google Maps has it located on the wrong side of the road. I've submitted an edit. It should be marked on the south side of the Av. de Châteauroux.
