20/05/2026: Dining at L’Arpège was much more than just a meal: a true escape from time. We chose the “Cuisine de la Terre” menu, and each dish transported us into the chef’s world, where vegetables become works of art.
From Sweet Bell turnips to rainbow radishes, by way of green asparagus, meltingly tender leeks, and the incredible celery risotto with snow peas, every bite was remarkably refined and precise. The flavors were pure, delicate, and perfectly balanced, presented with an elegant and indulgent flair.
Special mention must also go to the discreet, warm, and impeccable service, which perfectly complemented this experience. And what can be said about the desserts… subtle, refined, and memorable, especially the chocolate and rhubarb creations.
It’s easy to see why this restaurant has three Michelin stars: here, everything is designed to amaze. An unforgettable gastronomic experience that we are not likely to forget.
