Le Chistera: a delightful surprise! A gourmet restaurant where all the traditional dishes, prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, are delicious and generous! The owners, a mother and son, are exceptionally welcoming and always smiling. They take the time to present and explain their cuisine with passion, sharing the history of the dishes and the ingredients they use. Their kindness and helpfulness make the experience even more enjoyable and leave you wanting to return. 👍👍🇫🇷

What a lovely place to stop for lunch! We were driving through the countryside and spotted this place at around lunchtime. Such a beautiful setting we thought, that alone would be worth it. It turns out, there's a lot more to enjoy. Lovely friendly and helpful people serving. So patient with us, who speak no French. There's no choice for lunch (we think!), but with beautifully prepared and tasty food like this, not a problem. We'd spent some time earlier, struggling to find parking and a place for lunch in a town, we're so glad we found here. A wonderful stop off on our journey through France. Thank you!

Excellent meal. Very well cooked and generous portions. No complaints. Our only complaint was the price. €39 for a starter, main course, and dessert on the weekend menu is excessive for a family or group. The price in no way detracts from the quality of the food. But this is the only menu available. Just a year ago, there was an intermediate weekend menu for €25 which was also very good: it's a shame it's no longer offered because, frankly, it makes a significant difference in price. Something for the managers to consider, perhaps one day...or soon...in any case, we'll be thinking about it! 😁

A wonderful discovery yesterday at lunchtime at Chistera! The €16 weekday set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is simply incredible: it's generous, delicious, and of excellent quality. The setting is very pleasant, and the staff provides fast, efficient, and friendly service. The only slight drawback (which is actually a compliment!): this weekday set menu, with its exceptional value, deserves to be more prominently displayed and advertised outside. If the restaurant has the capacity to accommodate more people, better communication about this lunchtime offer would certainly attract all the local food lovers. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; go without hesitation!

A gourmet restaurant with generous portions; the fish was simply succulent, cooked to perfection, just the way we like it in Brittany. The staff were very friendly and attentive. In short, a great evening with a reasonable bill to boot. Highly recommended.

A very good meal shared with friends. The €16 set menu is really good and very well presented. Excellent value for money. The only downside: the acoustics of the room where everything echoes.
