Hotel-Restaurant le Manoir de Port-Cros sur Hyeres

We had a late walk in lunch after visiting the island for some snorkelling with kids in this charming and secluded location 10 min from the busy port. The kid's menu and fish I had were delicious with waterfront views and with prices aligned with an island hotel away from the main land. Staffs were plenty, pleasant and not overbearing. After lunch, we moved to the bar garden area where we had coffee and napped away in comfortable long chairs, all under huge trees overlooking the lovely garden, donkey, and rolling hills views before getting back to the boat. A perfect afternoon after a 2 hours hike and 2 hours snorkelling day! We enjoyed a quiet and "throw back in time" moment away from the very busy port restaurants and bars. We will be back, one day!

The hotel restaurant is surrounded by the magnificent landscapes of the island of Port Cros. We were able to see that for a change of scenery, this is the ideal place, better than any doctor, nature knows what suits us. The vegetation, superb butterflies like we see more of, attest to a protected area. Regarding the restaurant, we had a great time: the menu and wine were excellent, the view superb, the staff friendly and attentive. The owner, very friendly, monitors the quality of the service. Well done !
