La Marmagne is undoubtedly an essential address for lovers of gastronomy. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed in a setting that was both elegant and friendly. The decoration, sober and refined, creates a soothing atmosphere which allows you to relax and fully enjoy the moment.
The service is impeccable: attentive without being intrusive, the staff knows how to anticipate our slightest desires with an ever-present smile. The dishes, for their part, are a real treat for the taste buds. Each plate is a work of art, beautifully presented, where the flavors combine to perfection. The quality of the products, all fresh and carefully selected, is felt in every bite.
Special mention for the tasting menu which allowed us to discover a range of flavors as surprising as they were delicious. The chef masters the art of sublimating the simplest ingredients to make exceptional dishes.
Finally, the wine list is simply impressive, with wines carefully chosen to perfectly accompany each dish.

Very good value for money stopover restaurant. Menu €16, very tender sirloin and the brownie held its place with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream.
Très bien pour le foie gras en entrée.
Le Saupiquet Montbardois (spécialité régionale) était décevant en particulier d’une sauce petit pois carotte faite, en pleine saison, avec des légumes en boite.
Le café gourmand était copieux mais peu recherché
