Hotel Restaurant Le Ressac sur Belvedere-Campomoro

Lovely location, great breakfast and nice people. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and the food was delightful. We were lucky and got a room upgrade with a beautiful view of the sea. Would definitely recommend!

Lunch at 1 p.m. The service is impeccable. The beef carpaccio is delicious. The fish 🐟 delicious. Well done, another great Corsican address. Ps: no note for the rooms because we did not stay at the hotel.

Let's start with the positive with a magnificent setting in this bay of Campomoro! A real little corner of paradise in a quiet area without a car. The rooms have a splendid view, and the catering is just incredible. Michel the cook masters the art of sublimating dishes. Half board is varied with quality products. The small reservations are about the accessorization of the rooms (only one socket, no hook to hang jackets, lack of storage, no room fridge...) in short a lack of equipment which requires a little refreshment. Finally, the breakfast is sorely lacking in variety and Corsican products. Each morning was punctuated by coppa and slices of Emmental, butter croissant, bread, jam and fromage blanc. We would have liked a scrambled egg, sausage, brocciu, cake or homemade cake etc.. the price of rooms + half board is quite expensive and therefore deserves more equipment and variety.

The man’s restaurant Le Ressac is excellent. The service is friendly and smiling. The large terrace is nicely landscaped with beautiful trees. A little sea view. The main thing is on the plate: a treat. Shellfish pasta, interspersed with garlic crust... an excellent chestnut cake... and even excellent pizza for fans.

Exceptionnel, le poisson en croûte de sel, cuit à la perfection. Nous recommandons le service au top. Vraiment endroit à recommander. Très sympa.

Nous y allons chaque année, nous sommes rarement déçus ! J’écris principalement l’avis transmis par mes proches qui ont trouvé leur repas excellent et mention spéciale pour les glaces maison incroyables ! Le service est également un point fort dans ce restaurant. À noter que mon burger de Saint Pierre est resté trop longtemps sous le chauffe plat malheureusement, donc mon plat était sec mais je me base sur les fois précédentes qui étaient parfaites.
