18/05/2026: The service at lunchtime was very friendly, however, in the evenings, French and German guests were treated differently. We would have liked to order more, but the service didn't allow it. The food was just so-so.
15/05/2026: We turned up late, all on bicycles, wet through, and despite being officially closed, they served is all a very welcome hot drink and for free too! Thank you so much 🙏

30/06/2026: Excellent restaurant, very friendly welcome. You absolutely must try the chef's prawns and the grilled vegetables. They're wonderful. For dessert, the profiteroles are very good. You can even get there by boat; there's a dock right under the restaurant.

29/05/2026: Excellent place! Great welcome, magnificent view, and delicious food. The La Mouette burger was superb, well-prepared and perfectly complemented!
I highly recommend it.
28/05/2026: We ate with our feet in the water, the view was breathtaking! And most importantly, we left with full stomachs.
Thank you to the team for your service, everyone was so attentive and always smiling. It was so pleasant.

16/06/2026: After a week at the Hotel Ressac, I have nothing but positive memories. A very warm welcome, excellent food, and incredibly kind staff.
I highly recommend it. 👏👏👏
12/06/2026: Very poor room. Filthy curtains, a torn deck chair on the balcony, plumbing needs fixing, a 140cm bed without a bed rail, and one wardrobe door is missing and the other doesn't open.
I don't think the owner would pay €119 for a room like this. Avoid it.

05/10/2024: Une très bonne adresse : une vue magnifique, une terrasse au bord de l’eau, un accueil très chaleureux bien que tardif, tout était excellent : un Spritz très bien dosé, des gambas merveilleusement bonnes, des artichauts frits (une tuerie), un café gourmand délicieux et… copieux. Merci à vous de nous avoir régalé dans ce cadre idyllique
10/09/2024: En bordure de plage site très agréable. Nous avons très bien mangé et le serveur était très agréable. Nous fêtions l’anniversaire d’une amie et gentille intention de la part du serveur une bougie sur le dessert.

12/05/2026: We came to pick up a package and everything went very smoothly. The lady was very pleasant and welcoming. The place is clean and friendly, a warm little village shop just the way we like them!
01/02/2026: Grocery store located on the main road, right in the heart of Saint-Aubin-Des-Coudrais.
We were greeted by Fredo, a very kind gentleman.
The prices are reasonable, especially for a village grocery store.
I highly recommend stopping by!
