Hotel Restaurant Le Ressac sur Belvedere-Campomoro

This review only covers the restaurant, as we did not stay at the hotel. On the recommendation of our hotel in Sartene, we came for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We enjoyed fresh fish prepared with skill and at reasonable prices; we highly recommend it without hesitation.

Top-notch hotel, excellent value for money for a family room. The parking available is invaluable. The staff is fantastic at every level: reception, restaurant, hotel... the restaurant is delicious, everything is made with love and passion, you eat real local produce made by the family... in short, a top-notch place with an exceptional family atmosphere. Everything is perfect. A must-try! 💯 🤩

Incredible setting, shaded terrace, very pleasant meal, we loved it!

Everything was perfect! The octopus was incredible; the pan-seared tartare was flawless! The chestnut dessert and strawberry soup were perfect! The service was also top-notch ;) After a huge disappointment at a tourist trap in Sartène, we were blown away by this excellent surprise! Let's hope it lasts!

Year after year, the restaurant evolves while retaining the charm of its original family-run establishment. We still enjoy dining here immensely. The appetizers are generous, the selection varied, the wine list extensive without being overwhelming, and the prices perfectly reflect the quality of the food. The staff is friendly and attentive, even when the restaurant is full. Thank you for these wonderful moments, and see you soon!
