We had a wonderful weekend in Haybes. The Saint Hubert is a very pleasant, quiet, family-run hotel where we were welcomed by Léoni, a charming, smiling host who listens to his guests.
And what about the restaurant? Everything is fresh, local, and very, very good.
We love the themed menu on Sunday lunchtimes.
We recommend staying here when visiting the region. We came during the Heritage Weekend.
