We often come to this restaurant and we enjoy it every time! I will come back again for the perfect egg 😉 very good service, excellent dishes, very pretty setting, everything is there!

Dîner en terrasse à 1200 m d'altitude n'est pas souvent possible, mais hier, la soirée était suffisamment chaude et la terrasse réellement accueillante, avec vue sur les prairies. Tout est excellent, ce que nous avons goûté, espuma de tomate burrata et oeuf parfait en entrée, plat végétarien à base de polenta et épaule d'agneau à l'orientale (façon tagine... sublime!)... Service professionnel et sympathique, un joyau caché dans la verdure...

The cuisine is divine. However, like all restaurants in the Haut Doubs. You have to come and eat like the chickens. That is to say 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. otherwise we push you to the wheel, telling you that the kitchens want to leave so you have to order. The region is pretty but traders and restaurateurs don't really know how to welcome. Go to Annecy, in Auvergne, in the south, in Normandy. You are accepted in restaurants until 9:00 p.m. or even 9:30 p.m. in high season. But not in your area...

Magnificent hotel, excellent welcome and service. For a quiet weekend, I highly recommend.

Very good restaurant in the heart of the Jura. The restaurant room is superb, as is the terrace. The food is very tasty there

I went to eat for the first time with a friend at the lunge (on a Tuesday evening) and we were very satisfied. From then on, we went back and this time to the restaurant. As before, a warm welcome thanks to the warm waiters and the little care with a touch of humor. The meal was full of flavors in refined and pronounced cuisine. Thank you all for this moment, we will come back without moderation.

I stayed three days at Le Tillau during acorporate off site seminar. The hotel and restaurant have incredible charm and authenticity. They retain the good looks of the mountain chalet with all the modern comforts you could want. The staff is amazingly attentive, friendly, and hard-working. Not once did I wait around for anything I needed. They preempted every wish I could have. The food is very high-quality and freshness. All the dishes were cooked to order made from fresh and simple ingredients. Needless to mention the cheese and the wines that come from the region. The hotel is located in an idyllic, quiet and natural setting with pastures and forest surrounding. A good base for relaxing or more active, hiking and biking. Five stars and highly recommended.

Nous avons très bien mangé. Les cuissons sont parfaites et les goûts subtils. Relativement traditionnels les plats proposent des saveurs nouvelles dans les associations comme un foie gras sur un lit de griottes excellent. Les vins sont assortis et viennent de vignerons. Le service parfait. Relativement isolé dans la campagne mais l'établissement est beau et l'environnement est magnifique
