Beautiful, very welcoming hotel with quality catering! The only downside is the table football and billiards.

Small downside about the lack of parking space.

Very friendly and cozy hotel. You feel good there, the rooms are pretty and more or less spacious. The bathroom is well equipped and well arranged. The hotel is clean. Regarding meals. We had a fondue and we were disappointed. The quantity for 2 or 4 people was the same, we had to order two to get the correct quantities. The bread we were given when we asked for more had mold spots, I guess that can happen so no problem we asked for more. In itself, the cheese, salad and cold meats were your good ones. The dessert was good and the presentation original. I recommend spending a night in a hotel at the bottom of the resorts so as not to have to rent within the resort itself and to be a little more free to travel. Very nice and cozy hotel. Good value for money for a nice little stay in the mountains.

Great restaurant. Very good, quickly served, only local products. Very refined. I loved eating with the wood fire in the fireplace.

Opinion only on the restaurant: hearty and really excellent raclette but 45 minutes of waiting while we were the first customers, no, that is not acceptable. Random service and much too slow. Damage.

The prices are average, quite well thought out, the staff is very kind and attentive... the standard rooms are really very small... however, do not rent room 21... At the head of the bed, where you rest your head, there is a floor lamp (metal) where we had the "pleasure" of hitting us ten times in two nights... Grrrrr Also be careful when reserving your relaxation area and remember to ask for a time slot because when we arrived we were simply told that there would probably be more space and we had to take what was left.... 🥴 The most surprising thing is that the reception told me that this happened very regularly and that customers who arrived for the Relaxation Area could no longer place their slot...... I am surprised that he did not put in place a reservation verification procedure for these RELAXATION AREA reservations (checks of files on D-7 and D-2 days as is done in establishments of this type) The hotel is very nice The play area in the basement is awesome The attentive restaurant staff.... We will come back with pleasure!

Avis concernant le restaurant uniquement : Très belle salle de restauration bien agencée avec un bel accueil et un service souriant. Pas du tout déçu par la qualité et l'originalité des plats mais le tarif est tout de même un peu excessif (pour les plats à la carte)
