A very pleasant stay. The welcome was seamless. The rooms are of high quality. The wellness area is well-designed and comprehensive. The meals and breakfast were excellent and plentiful. A superb establishment with excellent amenities.

A mixed experience at the Logis Hôtel Notre-Dame de Bonnefontaine. The room was clean, modern, air-conditioned, and comfortable. However, some parts of the hotel felt a bit dated. The hallways, in particular, lacked charm and unfortunately gave a rather impersonal impression, with an unpleasant odor lingering. The swimming pool was a welcome addition, but the space lacked character and gave a somewhat neglected impression. Conversely, the spa upstairs was modern, attractive, and pleasant. It would be truly worthwhile to continue this modernization effort throughout the rest of the hotel. I ate quite well at the restaurant. The food was decent and satisfying. The main drawback, for me, was the breakfast, which unfortunately didn't live up to the standards of a three-star establishment: bread reheated on-site, industrial pastries, and unappealing fruit salad and compotes… In the end, I settled for a few slices of toast with jam. It's a shame, because an improvement in this area would make a real difference. Despite these remarks, the price remains reasonable. I especially want to commend the staff, who go out of their way to meet customer needs with availability and goodwill. It's also worth noting that this is a family-run establishment, which deserves to be highlighted. This is a place with real strengths and great potential, provided they continue their modernization efforts and significantly improve the breakfast.

A peaceful and relaxing place, thanks in particular to the various on-site relaxation areas (relaxation room, swimming pool, hammam, sauna, etc.). The staff is very friendly and the restaurant menu is delicious. A small sanctuary is just a one-minute walk from the hotel, as are starting points for hikes.

We stayed here for one night with the family (3 children) on our return journey from vacation. We stayed in an apartment 50 meters from the hotel. The apartment was tidy, the decor dated, but perfectly adequate for one night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, and there was also a kitchenette. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant and a great breakfast, where our dietary requirements (gluten-free, dairy-free) were taken into account very well. One of the hostesses speaks multiple languages, including good English, so we were confident that all our requests were communicated correctly to the kitchen, which was indeed the case.

A perfect stay where everything is just right: If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful place with excellent, generous portions of fresh, locally sourced food and a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere, come to Notre Dame de Bonne Fontaine! We had an excellent experience. The entire establishment was spotless. The food was excellent, with very generous portions... We especially appreciated the unlimited fries and spaetzle in addition to the vegetables included with our main course. Spa, hammam, and swimming pool are available. Beautiful hikes are possible on foot or by bicycle. These little complimentary services are so appreciated and rarely found in hotels: unlimited fresh water at the bar for refilling our water bottles, unlimited fries and spaetzle, a shared refrigerator, microwave, and self-service coffee maker and kettle during the bar's closing hours at night, a 24-hour swimming pool, and the use of a garage for our bicycles... But above all, we must highlight the kindness, professionalism, helpfulness, and humor of the managers who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome! Congratulations to the whole team, we'll be back without hesitation!

Easily accessible hotel in the middle of the forest with beautiful rooms and a good restaurant.

It's a bit secluded, but peaceful. Next to the forest, near Notre Dame Bonne Fontaine (a religious site). Excellent service, room was fine. The best part: sauna, pool, and hammam.

A wonderful experience, lovely staff, a family atmosphere, excellent food, and a peaceful location. The rooms are charming, and I had very good nights' sleep. I highly recommend it.

Excellent experience as usual (this is our fourth visit). The waiters at the restaurant were incredibly attentive to our requests, even turning on the fan to keep us from overheating during the heatwave. The reception staff were also very friendly. The food was fantastic too! My family and I highly recommend it.
