The staff were friendly, but the brunch offered on the third Sunday of the month was quite basic in terms of food.
There weren't enough utensils to serve ourselves, so we had to use our fingers.... Overall, I was a bit disappointed, especially the small portions of dessert.
I wasn't informed on the day I made my reservation that it would be brunch... which is a shame, as I had better memories of this restaurant.

We booked the family room late at night after our flight was cancelled. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful getting us a taxi and welcoming us. Dinner on arrival was lovely even though it was 10pm the staff & kitchen were accommodating and friendly. A beautiful setting. The room was really spacious with 2 bedrooms and a lounge area. Gorgeous views. If you want corporate standard this hotel is not for you. If you want friendly, helpful, comfortable, traditional and quiet this is for you. A haven after a long travel day.

I spent two nights at this hotel this week on a business trip.
The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The meals offered are varied, and there's a good wine list. The hotel is located a little outside the city center, which adds to its charm, thanks to its natural and peaceful setting. It was perfect!

An exceptional location at the gateway to Chambéry. Nestled in the heart of nature yet close to the city center, this hotel offers a setting that is both peaceful and inspiring. The young couple who run it are exceptionally kind: attentive, discreet, and passionate about their work. The spa, terrace, and vast garden invite relaxation and serenity. As for the food, it alone is worth the detour: the chef offers refined, inventive, and delicious cuisine.

Quiet, secluded location, full of relaxation.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Car parking right in front.
Breakfast is available for a fee and is not exactly cheap.

Very nice hotel on the heights of Chambéry. The owners are super welcoming and the hotel was perfect for a stopover. We also recommend the restaurant, with a real favorite for the profiteroles, which are to die for!
