Great place, we ate very, very well, 2 set menus of the moment, very well prepared, the service was also very, very good, I recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel; the place is welcoming and the restaurant is excellent. The owners are incredibly friendly. We visited in winter, but it should be lovely to enjoy the outdoors in warmer weather.

This former spinning mill, on the banks of the Hérault River, is a truly beautiful place. You will receive a warm welcome and can enjoy comfortable rooms and excellent cuisine. We are looking forward to warmer weather so we can return and enjoy the grounds and terrace.

We stayed two weekends in a row during the Cigalois Rally. I'm going to give it a shout-out because the place is really lovely. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the welcome was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts with the restaurant, we weren't able to try it. However, I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We loved everything, and the extra touch was the complimentary bottle of water, not only in the room but also with both still and sparkling water at the table. Amazing!

A very pleasant short business trip to the Hotel Les Norias. The rooms, although in need of updating, are very comfortable, well-heated, and very clean. I highly recommend the restaurant where we had a delicious dinner: a supreme of chicken cooked at a (perfect) low temperature with black rice and a light chanterelle mushroom sauce—truly excellent. Well done, Chef! Thank you for your hospitality.
