Hotel Saint Sauveur Bar le Time sur Lourdes

De la qualité de l’hôtel, à gentillesse du personnel, aux menus proposés .. et si proche du sanctuaire.. je ne chercherais plus .. merci à tous .

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I messed up our booking, and booked the wrong night. They were super accommodating and helped us in too many ways to list.

Breakfast bad. Needs major improvement .

Le personnel est au petit soin, très professionnel souriant et agréable. Toujours à à se préoccuper, si nous avons besoin de rien. Dans l’ensemble je suis ravit tout c’est très bien passer. La chambre est très agréable de part sa propreté et neuve, je m’y suis sentie très bien. Si je dois donner une petite critique il y avait quatre groupes, c’était très bruyant, mais hors mis ce détail insignifiant, je recommande cette hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

After the torchlight rosary mass we went to this hotel bar restaurant. We were able to have a drink. We were very well received 😊

The brewery manager is just extremely rude Apparently wanting to have 1 drink at 6:30 p.m. is “inconvenient” for the service. So we decided to eat there to make things easier for him. Food barely warm and out of the microwave, disappointing and uninspiring. The young servers are friendly and that is the only positive thing about this meal.

For the price it is very good 👍

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

The location is perfect, you walk 3 minutes and you are already entering the area where the grotto is. There is parking that costs 20 euros per day. There is a restaurant option: breakfast is buffet. All the hotel employees we met speak several languages, especially Spanish.
