We arrived a day early and Sebastián at reception resolved the issue for us.
The food was delicious and varied.
The desserts were amazing.
The rooms look recently renovated.
And the staff were excellent.
The hotel is very well located, right at the foot of the sanctuary.
The room was classic, very clean, and absolutely quiet in January.
The welcome was pleasant.
The complimentary tea and coffee tray and kettle were very convenient.
The price was more than reasonable.
I hesitated between this hotel and others with very low prices, and having stayed here, I didn't regret my choice, especially after seeing some of the hotels that were quite run-down.
However, the hotel's brasserie is rather unappealing.
I rarely share reviews, but it's important to highlight the positives!
This hotel is ideally located near the sanctuary, the staff is very pleasant, and the rooms are comfortable.
The food is varied, delicious, and caters to all tastes! Another plus for the quality of service and the warm welcome!
I highly recommend this establishment.
