Hotel Saint Sauveur Bar le Time sur Lourdes

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I messed up our booking, and booked the wrong night. They were super accommodating and helped us in too many ways to list.

Breakfast bad. Needs major improvement .

After the torchlight rosary mass we went to this hotel bar restaurant. We were able to have a drink. We were very well received 😊

The brewery manager is just extremely rude Apparently wanting to have 1 drink at 6:30 p.m. is “inconvenient” for the service. So we decided to eat there to make things easier for him. Food barely warm and out of the microwave, disappointing and uninspiring. The young servers are friendly and that is the only positive thing about this meal.

For the price it is very good 👍

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

The location is perfect, you walk 3 minutes and you are already entering the area where the grotto is. There is parking that costs 20 euros per day. There is a restaurant option: breakfast is buffet. All the hotel employees we met speak several languages, especially Spanish.

Très bien situé par rapport au Sanctuaire rien à redire là - dessus , personnel très sympa et très compétent.Les repas à l'hôtel midi et soir étaient excellents, très bien assaisonnés , félicitations au chef, le buffet très bien présenté .Venu en groupe pour un pèlerinage, nous avons passé une très très belle et magnifique semaine chez vous et à Lourdes , très bel endroit, commerçants forts sympathiques ( ce qui nous change de chez nous mdr) merci beaucoup à tout le personnel, à Inès etc

Une cuisine extraordinaire. Un personnel oro et sympathique. Un tres bon endroit pour un séjour top.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of. Access to Hotel La Solitude's indoor pool and the discounts offered at the chain's restaurants and shops were delightful bonuses. The hotels' proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes made our spiritual journey convenient, and the cleanliness enhanced our enjoyment. Visiting Lourdes was an awe-inspiring experience—one that everyone should have. The peace and tranquillity we found there have left a lasting impact on us. We eagerly anticipate reliving these cherished moments on our next visit.
