Hotellerie du Cheval Blanc sur Sainte-Maure-De-Touraine

The room was a bit dated on my first stay, but fantastic on my second. In any case, congratulations to the hotel for the quality of the welcome, the service, and the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

On our way back from Gironde to Yvelines along the main road, we stopped at this restaurant by chance, one of the very few open on a Monday along that route. We had a very good lunch there, with a starter, a main course, and a coffee for under €20 per person. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The welcome and service, provided by the same person, were very professional and friendly, and the portions were quite generous. Frankly, a great stop, especially on a Monday when many restaurants are closed, not to mention that there are very few along this main road.

A great stopover before heading to the southwest with the family. Excellent welcome! Thank you! And dinner was very good!

I recommend it for a relaxing evening.
