lovely seafood spot, fantastic oysters, shrimp and caviar. We sat outside and had a nice evening. not many people when we were there and the service was fine but they only had one person working at the time.

Very warm atmosphere and friendly staff. However, when the dining room is crowded, it can be a little overwhelming... I still recommend it.

Sadly we were in a hurry and could stay for long but we wanted to check off a special type of oysters from our to try list and we did here It’s an amazing small family restaurant specialised in oysters! Everything was super tasty! Thank you! See you soon!

A dozen large, fresh, and clean oysters plus a glass of crisp white wine for 39 EU is a great price, compared to many places in the US. Starter of tarama was delicious. Prompt and courteous service. Wish this spot was in my ‘hood at home!

A small restaurant with a warm and friendly atmosphere. They have several varieties of oysters on the menu. Prices are listed per dozen, but you can order as many as you like, which is great if it's your first time. There was only one person to manage the dining room (taking orders, serving tables), so you sometimes have to wait a little. Honestly, it didn't bother us at all, especially with such a warm and friendly welcome. I had seen some comments saying the service wasn't great, but that was definitely not our experience. We had a wonderful time and felt very welcome. We'll definitely be back! 😍💞

During our visit, Paris was in the middle of a 42°C heatwave, so we were craving some cold seafood for lunch. Huitrerie Régis was the perfect choice, and the air-conditioned dining room was a welcome escape from the heat. The oysters and prawns were exceptionally fresh and of excellent quality. We also wanted to try their award-winning fish soup, but it was simply too hot for a full bowl. The staff kindly offered us a small tasting instead, and it was rich, flavourful, and easy to see why it’s so highly regarded. Fresh seafood, thoughtful service, and a wonderful lunch. We’ll definitely be back.

It's a simple but cute and welcoming little place. The oysters, shrimp, and everything else are truly excellent, especially for those who love crudités. It's worth it. The staff and owner are friendly and attentive. Great place!

03/07/2026: One of the best seafood restaurants in Paris. A wide selection of dishes, excellent oysters and wines, and, most importantly, a very central location, just steps from Notre Dame and the Île de la Cité. You can enjoy your food while people-watching!

07/06/2026: The food is top quality - seafood and fish are fresh and excellently prepared. The overall service was a hot mess. Our experience was greatly diminished by our waiter, who fawned over the tables around us while completely ignoring service at our table. We waited a long time to place our order, were not given utensils with our starters and we waited over ten minutes to finally get his colleague’s attention to get those, our shellfish entree dishes (with the detritus) were left uncleared for almost half an hour, and our glasses were never refilled. At the price point, this is lamentable service. We finally managed to get our waiter’s colleague to serve us, which salvaged the rest of our dinner. Our group was unfailingly polite and not very demanding, we merely asked for the most basic aspects of service, yet we were treated with contempt by our waiter. Dessirier - at your price point, you really need better staff.
28/05/2026: We regularly visit DESSIRIER for the quality of the food and wines and for the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We would also like to thank the entire team who are attentive and highly professional: well done!
