While passing through the Basque Country this summer, I was able to discover George & Co during the Bayonne festivals. Very nice discovery, I enjoyed the squids and prawns, the young man who served us was very welcoming with fast service despite the holiday rush. I'll definitely go back and can't wait to try it outside of the holidays

I discovered a little gem! What a lovely surprise this very well made oyster bar is. Oysters to taste but also some small gourmet plates to hold the oysters. Quickly a ray of sunshine to return there.
