Wonderful food, beautiful outdoor dining spot, sweet staff!

After having coffee in the morning, we decided to come back for lunch, impressed by the waitress's kindness and professionalism! Doing your job properly and taking even 30 seconds to be interested in your customers' lives has become so rare in France... Thank you so much, madam! Lunch was just as enjoyable. Excellent tarts and small dishes at reasonable prices (13 euros max), inexpensive glasses of wine in a very pleasant setting under the shade of two huge magnolia trees in front of the cathedral in the heart of old Bayonne. Well done again!

Located right next to the Cathedral, this small family-run restaurant is well worth a visit for a simple yet delicious meal at only slightly more than a sandwich from a bakery. We went for lunch, and whether it was the shrimp Pad Thai or the savory tart, everything was excellent. I also recommend the local EGUZKI beer.
