Hurricane Bar sur Benifontaine

Passing through, we enjoyed the restaurant on a quiet Sunday lunchtime. Good selection of beers, nice appetizer platter for €10, good main courses for €16, simple but effective (chicken gratin and filet mignon).

Yesterday, December 20, 2025, for our daughter's 50th birthday, it was a superb day. The food was excellent, the staff very welcoming and professional, and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend it. I just learned about the change of ownership, so I'm a little disappointed. The previous owners were very good, but they could have informed us of the planned change. We went back in February for my 75th birthday.

Impeccable service, a very warm and pleasant atmosphere, and the food is well-prepared without being pretentious. It's a pleasure!

A lovely and friendly place, I recommend it for a family outing with friends and children. The Sunday open-air events are fantastic! The service is excellent and attentive.

My first time there and I thought it was fantastic! 👌 I don't understand some of the criticisms. The security guards do their job very well. The waitresses and waiters are very competent and the atmosphere is great! 🤩 Those who are dissatisfied should stay home!

Honestly, it was great, we ate really well. It was cool. I know it's usually lively, but we went at lunchtime on a Sunday and it was quiet, but that's okay too, lol. We'll definitely come back in the evening. All the best to you!

I came this Thursday, it was great, good atmosphere ☺️ It's just a shame we had to wait 30 minutes for a drink :/ etc. I suggest you change the layout because you're losing customers. Hiring more staff isn't an option, as you're already tripping over each other at the bar :/ Why not serve at the tables simultaneously? That would lighten the load for the bar staff. Best regards

A great find today: hand-cut beef tartare! That's quite rare and worth mentioning! Nice atmosphere. Looking forward to their evening events.
