Hyperbols sur Le Mans

First experience last Friday at this small restaurant tucked away at the back of a large square. Excellent, original, and generous cuisine. We will definitely return!

We discovered this bowl restaurant quite by chance, and what a wonderful surprise! A real find for my wife and me. The ingredients are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The flavor combinations are original and well-balanced, with generous portions. The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly and attentive, in a very pleasant, family-like atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. The setting is inviting and makes you want to come back. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end and will definitely return. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to all lovers of fresh and delicious cuisine!

A lovely little spot that you should definitely try! The flavors of the dishes are incredible; I tried the "zen" salad and I was completely full!! The waitresses were very friendly and welcoming! The only slight downside was the iced tea, which was a bit bland.

Lunch on the terrace with my friend! I loved the mellow bowl… shrimp, vegetables, and coconut milk with incredible flavors! Finished with the Breakers… in short, balanced, delicious, and sunny!!!

A lovely place we discovered for the first time last Friday at lunchtime. Reservations are recommended, but the friendly and very smiley waitress found us a table as we wanted to eat quickly. The original dishes are full of flavor. There's a beautiful, quiet terrace that must be wonderful in the summer. Our only complaint, as we have big appetites, is that we would have liked a slightly larger portion. We will gladly return.
