18/05/2026: Dinner for three tonight. Water bowl for the dog. We ate almost everything on the Printemps menu. Everything was delicious, the service was perfect, and they were open on a Monday. Everything is undeniably homemade. We will definitely be back with a larger group. Thank you!

11/04/2026: This is a great little brasserie in Le Mans, very close to the town center and not too far from the train station. Here you will find a welcoming owner, monsieur Maupay, and very friendly staff. There's indoor and outdoor seating and a cool bar playing some blues! They have a simple food menu, and our meals were very well prepared! In my case; steak, frites and salad (side note: best frites in France as far as I'm concerned, and that's after 6 weeks and 17 cities!). The wine, beer and drink selections are good aa well! Highly recommended!!

21/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at Le Bellifontain restaurant last night. The dishes were delicious, refined, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the sweet and savory chocolate/rillette dessert (with the mystery sorbet), a true taste sensation and a real delight! Thanks also to the chef for his attentiveness and all his fascinating explanations about the dishes. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

13/05/2026: As usual, we had a wonderful meal. The roasted Camembert had a nice texture and was perfectly seasoned. The burger was just right. The pork cheek casserole was sublime, the sauce rich and flavorful—a real treat. As for dessert, the Kinder French toast and the café liégeois perfectly satisfied our sweet tooth. It's always a pleasure to eat here. Thank you to the staff who welcomed and served us with their smiles, good humor, and professionalism.

The dishes are simple yet well-prepared, the meat is excellent, the service is top-notch, the staff are competent, quick, and friendly, with a touch of humor (but not too much), and most importantly, they remember their regular customers. It's so rare to find everything so perfect in a restaurant. Keep up the good work!

23/05/2026: A beautifully decorated crêperie, a very warm welcome, and delicious, generous galettes – nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it! A nice bonus: the seaside atmosphere with seagulls in the restrooms!
