We had a wonderful meal! And the view is lovely. A family of four with two teenagers, we spent the evening there and it was excellent. Beautiful rib-eye steaks, good charcuterie... The service was impeccable and the liqueur and brandy tastings were a nice touch. A great find!

We came to eat at Olivier's with my cousins, and as always, we had a wonderful time. Here, at sunset, you'll see a view of the Nebbiu region all the way to Cap Corse. The distant sea contrasts with the greenery of the valley where Saint-Florent is the main town. The menu is varied, featuring both fish and meat. I had a fantastic wild boar with pappardelle cooked al dente, my wife a fish soup with rouille, and our cousins ​​had cannelloni with brocciu and shredded skate. The wine is local, and they'll serve you distilled digestifs like Nepita, a local herb. At the end of dinner, we met the chef and talked about the cuisine and the dishes on the menu. He has a strong background in creating well-prepared, traditional dishes, respectful of traditional recipes. Here, for example, you might also find ossobuco and risotto alla Milanese, or a fantastic liver with butter and parsley. Very fair prices.
