Ibis Kitchen sur Roubaix

We had a room where the window could not be opened. As a result, it was really hot and stuffy. A fan that we could take with us is not sufficient. The bed is a small double and we find it too small. Otherwise, the location and service are fine.

Centrally located for both downtown Roubaix and the nearest metro station. The underground parking garage is convenient, as you want to know your car is safe and secure with all the activity outside in the evenings. The B&B met my expectations. It was a good starting point for exploring the city and also for visiting the Braderie in Lille. The room was clean and compact, as expected. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the street at night; a room on an upper floor would have been better, but it was okay for one night. The parking garage was a bit dangerously narrow, but I managed to get in and out without incident.

A good hotel for a short break. Parking in the underground garage is subject to a fee, but your car will be safe. The hotel is located near the Grand Place with its restaurants and metro.

We would like to commend all the staff for the warm welcome, their helpfulness, and their flexibility throughout our stay. A special mention goes to a chambermaid, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and there for my mother when she fell in a hotel corridor. She stayed with us and provided invaluable support while we waited for the fire department to arrive. My mother was particularly keen to thank and congratulate you for your kindness, your compassion, and above all, your genuine humanity. A huge thank you to her and to the entire team. It's these thoughtful touches that truly make a difference during a stay.

The hotel is very well located! The rooms are spacious, but unfortunately, there was no air conditioning as advertised. Thanks to the receptionist, Medhi, who was very helpful and respectful, he quickly found a solution and saved our weekend. The service was excellent, making the stay much more enjoyable! The pizzas, available at all hours, are very good and served with a smile, even late at night 😅

Very well-located hotel, not far from public transport and the city center. The welcome was perfect, the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the broken toilet, the clogged sink, and no bags in the trash. Nor a toilet brush.

Small room with comfortable bedding, standard bathroom, and light air conditioning. Special mention for the cleanliness. The price was more than reasonable considering the hotel's location. Underground parking is available for 9 euros. The staff were very welcoming, especially the night staff (who were very friendly). One minor drawback was the room doors, which slammed very loudly when closed (making it impossible to sleep in late – especially after a festival – even though a midday check-out was possible). There was no hairdryer, kettle, or other coffee or beverage machines.
