Small room with comfortable bedding, standard bathroom, and light air conditioning. Special mention for the cleanliness. The price was more than reasonable considering the hotel's location. Underground parking is available for 9 euros. The staff were very welcoming, especially the night staff (who were very friendly). One minor drawback was the room doors, which slammed very loudly when closed (making it impossible to sleep in late – especially after a festival – even though a midday check-out was possible). There was no hairdryer, kettle, or other coffee or beverage machines.

Friendly, smiling and helpful welcome.

I discovered this hotel right in the heart of Roubaix, and it's simply fantastic. Check-in was easy, and the welcome was incredibly warm. There's paid parking, but it's very reasonably priced. The room was spotless – the bathroom was equally clean. The heating worked perfectly. The breakfast was very generous and on par with breakfasts at higher-end hotels! Honestly, I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be returning for business meetings in Roubaix. A special mention goes to the gentleman at reception the day I arrived... he was absolutely lovely – helpful and very approachable.
