My stay at the ibis Maisons-Laffitte was nothing short of fantastic! The hotel’s location is unbeatable—well-connected to the high street, markets, cafés, bus stops, and the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean, cozy, and wonderfully peaceful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We had the sofa converted into an extra bed, and the staff had it perfectly set up before our arrival—a thoughtful touch. I was especially impressed with their attention to accessibility, as I was traveling with a friend who uses a wheelchair, and the facilities were fully wheelchair-friendly. While I didn’t try the breakfast, lunch, or dinner options, it’s great that they’re available. But what truly set this stay apart was the exceptionally polite and helpful staff—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Visiting for a family event, we had reserved a family room for 4 people including a young child. We had a good night, the breakfast was excellent. The staff members greet you and are friendly.

I had a very good stay, despite the circumstances that brought me there. I enjoyed the evening meals, the dishes on the blackboard menu were well cooked and plentiful. Too bad that at 9:15 a.m. there was no more excellent cereal bread. Cereal sandwich bread is not the same... I appreciated the team who were always available, young and smiling! See you next time, in other circumstances.
