Great stay thanks to Jamel! A very good, professional, and patient receptionist, especially when explaining the underground parking and hotel services. The rooms were a little too warm upon arrival.

The welcome was good, the hosts were kind and welcoming. The secure parking was nice but a bit expensive for our taste. The rooms themselves were fine, but they weren't soundproof... Being woken up by my neighbor's shouting at 3 a.m. wasn't ideal. The pillows were too soft and not good quality; there should be two per person. The breakfast was excellent! There really was something for everyone.

Two fantastic nights! Convenient location for visiting Rouen, clean room and hotel, good breakfast, and above all, a wonderful welcome from a very helpful and friendly team :)

The location was perfect and the staff were very attentive. The room prepared by Jacqueline was exceptional.

The welcome was pleasant, but the rest... It felt like being in a Sonacotra hostel, with no respect for others, doors slamming until all hours, and the smells—it's like the Zebda song "Le bruit et l'odeur" (The Noise and the Smell). If you're looking for peace and quiet, avoid it...🤬

Some guests disturbed our stay by smoking tobacco and other substances of questionable legality, producing a strong odor. An altercation ensued. There was no way to contact reception or the hotel group for assistance or reassurance.

The facilities are a bit cramped for what I expected. Looking at the photos on the hotel's website, they seemed a bit more spacious, even for a hotel in this price range (low-cost). The bathroom was adequate, although small. There were only three bath towels (we were a couple), and no face towels or bath mats for our feet after showering. Upon entering the room, we noticed a slight unpleasant odor, possibly due to poor ventilation in the bathroom, a detail that was resolved after leaving the window open while we went to dinner. The room faced the street, and there was no noise. Comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is very good. For one or two nights, it's an option.

One night spent at this hotel. The welcome was adequate. The stay went wonderfully. Special mention to the breakfast staff, especially Noura. She answered all my questions with a smile, professionalism, cheerfulness, and good humor. Thank you, Noura!
