Oddly enough, what struck me most was the vinegared rice. I don't mean to say the rest was bad; I ate well, and even though I was full, I then had two more bowls of vinegared rice, one of which was a takeaway that I ate before getting home... that's not normal for me... I hope to get the recipe/ratio...

The best sushi in Orléans, without a doubt. The portions are generous, the staff is very welcoming, and the taste is simply perfect.

Cons: -There's no dining room service other than the staff who bring the food; you order directly on your phone via a QR code. -The sushi, maki, and rolls are smaller than average. -The tables and walls weren't very clean: sticky on the tables and spiders on the walls. Pros: -The food is still decent. -The welcome upon arrival and departure is friendly.
