The service from the salesperson was excellent, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the older brunette manager was very unprofessional and quite unpleasant, which unfortunately ruined my meal with my husband. A little more courtesy and fewer rude remarks would have been appreciated! Considering the amount of money I spent in this shop, one would have expected a little more respect and consideration. That's the last time I'll ever set foot in there! Let's just blame it on old age...

23/04/2026: I hope it doesn't close, this Flunch is great for travelers stopping in Orléans before continuing their journey.
14/04/2026: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the cook was very polite and smiling. The food was good, but replenishing the fries and vegetables was a bit slow. The stock of chicken tenders on all-you-can-eat days was poorly managed. The atmosphere was nice but noisy due to the many families and groups of young people.
