Super good and excellent value for money

As always, excellent Japanese food for the price and a super welcoming team!

Oddly enough, what struck me most was the vinegared rice. I don't mean to say the rest was bad; I ate well, and even though I was full, I then had two more bowls of vinegared rice, one of which was a takeaway that I ate before getting home... that's not normal for me... I hope to get the recipe/ratio...

The best sushi in Orléans, without a doubt. The portions are generous, the staff is very welcoming, and the taste is simply perfect.
