The only slightly annoying point: the waiter, he is friendly and knows several languages which makes it easier when you come with foreign friends, but a smile never pays off ☺️

The restaurant is welcoming and refined, offering two types of menus for dinner, with the possibility of choosing between two first courses and two second courses depending on the menu chosen. At the manager's suggestion we chose the menu with the first course and for us it was more than appreciable. The first appetizer is a taste of the chef's culinary art, the incredible puff pastry ball and a delight with truffle, followed by, as an appetizer, a veal with tuna sauce revisited for its sensational taste and consistency but above all fresh and light, to then be delighted with a burrata also revised with a touch of freshness on the palate. I chose the carbonara as a first course which really impressed me with Denny's ability to make a revisited but beautifully proportioned and very pleasant dish, not abundant but not too filling and lots of flavor with a light crunchiness contrasting with the softness of the pasta. The idea of separating the "fat" part of the dish from the pasta was clever, and those like me who love carbonara could choose whether to eat the "fat" part or appreciate it just for the taste. Technical words should be spent on this carbonara relating to its refinement, which as I am not a chef I can only reward with the highest marks that can be given as well as all the rest of the courses. The dessert included in the menu presents itself nicely as a cappuccino and as such gives you that "wake up" to all tastes of the palate, coming across soft and crunchy, sweet and less sweet flavours. more or less creamy, worth trying! All the dishes are certainly top marks, but even the wines offered by the manager are no less, and there are something for every budget! The prices, when compared with the average prices/quality of restaurants (not bistros) in Paris, are more than correct. Congratulations to those who know how to do their job well!

Innovative cuisine routed in tradition. Fresh products and excellent wine pairing. We walked in by chance for a late-ish lunch and there was only the end of year menu available. No regret, food is indeed delicious with a good service. We will come again.

The Christmass eve menu was a great experience.
Everything was well executed, tasty, and fresh.
Some dishes could have benefitted from being more refined, like the lamb chops and the panettone desert.
