We appreciate the place, the service, and the food. One drawback: the last two times we came (once for lunch, the other for dinner), the service was very slow, too slow. We were kept waiting and told it was due to a rush or staff training, but it really was very long...

I would like to thank the restaurant manager who, after I mentioned a slight disappointment with my meal, offered a gesture of goodwill.
We enjoyed our lunch, both the food and the service, as well as the manager's responsiveness to this minor issue.
Customer satisfaction seems to be your priority. We will be back!

We ate at Il Ristorante restaurant last night for our friend's birthday.
Having dietary restrictions, we asked for burrata (three in total) as a meat substitute in some dishes, which they very kindly granted.
The atmosphere and service were perfect; we had a wonderful evening.
When the bill arrived, we didn't notice it right away, but after looking at the receipt, we were surprised to find we had been charged for four burrata supplements when we had only ordered three.
Aside from this unexpected addition, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the restaurant, and the dishes and desserts were delicious!

The food was excellent, the staff welcoming and efficient. The only slight downside was the atmosphere; it was very noisy, but that's to be expected given how busy it was – proof of its success.
