It's been a while since I've been here and a lot of changes in the spaces... everything is a bit mixed up and as a result it's less intuitive than before...!
I came for the first time and I didn't find the way with the GPS...I used Google...it's not difficult until you get there, but you have to be careful. Otherwise, at any Ikea. Ramp coordinates 44.885804 -0.566258. Follow the roundabout from the high street then left through the small car parks and go to the end. Also watch the Ikea signs
This IKEA is always tidy and that’s a pleasure.
It's a bit difficult to park, especially on weekends, but during the week it's very pleasant to go!
Be sure to check product availability before traveling!
Big logistics problem at IKEA
I made a whole order from Ikea for my move: a lot of products were unavailable and therefore missing, a sofa where an armrest was missing, additional delivery times.
Deliveries planned but canceled, a trip to Bordeaux to collect this armrest whose availability had been confirmed at the store and the delivery man who called in front of my house at the same time.
An unpleasant delivery person who places packages on top of each other without giving them time to count them and check their condition. Fortunately, dissatisfaction is well handled by the services with the reimbursement of delivery in return.
Never had a problem in general, I'm a regular customer I'm on my second kitchen, several pieces of furniture, decorations and so on but this weekend while picking up a bed ordered online one day in the week, MORE THAN STOCK for the bed frame!!!!
We find ourselves sleeping on the floor on the box spring and the mattress 😤 I don't understand that for click and collect there are no priorities and that it is not put aside.
You suddenly realize that you have to keep an eye on the stock and come back with a truck…… for compensation you should offer me the bed frame.
